In working with Salt Spring Island Coffee, Here There developed a week long temporary retail experience in celebration of the venerable coffee roaster’s 20th year anniversary.

This was an opportunity for guests to experience The Salt Spring Island brand beyond the store shelves. Here There developed Island Time, a pop-up coffee shop concept that embraces the Pacific Northwest roots and ideals of the quick weekend jaunt out to the Cascadian island wilderness where time slows and guests are more likely to share stories than wifi passwords.

The concept shop housed unique collaborations with including cold brew floats with Earnest Ice Cream, a campfire inspired dinner with Campagnolo plus events that activated the shop with Sofar Sounds and Social Yoga.
