In collaborating with Constellation Brand & Milk Creative Communications, Here There created The Edible Museum of Canadian Food and Wine.

The Edible Museum of Canadian Food and Wine featured some of Canada’s most beloved foods and most awarded VQA wineries. Throughout the immersive museum of multi-sensory vignettes similar to those found at natural history museums, guests had the opportunity to taste some of Canada’s finest culinary moments with some of Vancouver’s most exciting, creative chefs, while learning interesting nuggets about our vast and diverse wine landscape.

Featuring small dishes by chefs J-C Poirier (Ask for Luigi / The Pourhouse / St. Lawrence), Andrea Carlson (Burdock & Co.), Eleanor Chow-Waterfall (Cadeaux Bakery), The First Nations culinary team at Salmon N’Bannock, The Edible Museum was be a delicious look at our country’s incredible contributions to food and wine, giving guests the playful opportunity to sip and savour their way through Canadian history.
